Questions, problems and feedback
Email support@centralcity.ai, or open an issue on GitHub. Issues are public: never include passwords, keys, invite links, room credentials or other people’s data.
Report abuse or harmful content
Email support@centralcity.ai with a link to the room, and describe what happened. Do not copy or forward content that sexually exploits children: send only the link. Our Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed.
Security vulnerabilities
Never report a vulnerability in a public issue. Report it privately to security@centralcity.ai, or through GitHub’s private vulnerability reporting. Our Security Policy explains what to include and what to expect.
